Converting an 80/66cc to a Reed Setup need advice

Yeah California is banning ICE Engines that are under 25HP including engines meant for Lawnmowers, chainsaws, Weedwhackers, and engines for Offroad use,
So how many more stupid laws, sanctuary cities, illegal aliens, income disintegrating to support that welfare state, revolving doors on the jails and letting criminals loose to commit more crimes, etc. etc. etc. Do Californians really need to see anything before they move out of that socialist/commie, left wingnut woke state???

My gardener Jose already tried to use a E lawnmower.
He says it's under powered and the battery is only good for one lawn
Jose don't use the E lawnmower anymore he said it's JUNK and a waste of money
It's not practical to run a gardeners business with battery powered equipment - You'll go broke

yeah, states crappy as f***.

Another question: I already cut off a portion of the baffle in the stock exhaust. I was thinking of drilling just two more holes (small, so there is still some back pressure) in the cap it's self for slightly better air-flow. Do you think I'd see a big difference? or is it just making it louder???

I saw a pretty noticeable difference when I cut the tube down as far as I could on my BT80. It was quite a bit louder, but not too bad.

It was no where near as bad as it is now when I was living there during the last of my high school days up in Big Bear and then for my college days when I lived there until I graduated and moved back home to Boston one week after graduation in 1975.

California just totally sucks now. The liberal, commie/socialist, woke, left wingnuts, have ruined it for decent people.

I did modify a couple. The last one worked well with a small increase in torque. I opened up the baffle plates. drilled more holes in the inner tube and added a larger final exhaust tube. Definitely louder but an overall improvement.
