So, I've found, and purchased, a sweet bike to begin my project. Have a look.

A little in frame two stroke. I think Happy Times is the term. Its gotta be, or appear to be, under 40cc to be legal in texas. Any suggestions are welcome as this is my first MB.

I've been trying to ascertain the make of the bike without much luck. It has Kalin, Suntour, Shimano, Chili Works, C.K., and F.LLI Baggio parts on it but that is all I can tell. Any ideas?

Looks like an effortless install coming your way.
As far as 40 cc goes....these engines are not marked. :D

There are three different engine they are advertised as 50cc, 60cc, and 70/80cc. The true displacement of the 70/80cc ones are actually 67cc! so the 50cc one must be even lower i think its around 48cc, plus theres no markings so you would easily get away with it! Yeah happy time is the term, not sure where it originated from but that is the name of the chinese two stroke frame engines.

I believe augidog coined the term HappyTime and it stuck.

Those all sound like quality bike parts.

Slap a 70cc on that and look forward to the HAPPY TIMES!

That would explain why this site is the only place on the whole internet that uses it then! I like it though, sounds like the sort of name they would give it. The formal name of my one is the Yong Xing Machine Zone 80cc. Happy time sounds much nicer,

Cant wait to see the results on that bike!

Well, I finally got the engine kit ordered from Gaijin Productions (Turbo/Chaos on this board). It should be here next week. I'm certainly looking forward to it. Gas prices are eating my lunch...and starting to eyeball my dinner too.
