Could someone just tell me what I need?

I I need an offset manifold for a 21 mm pwk carburetor I'm thinking the little angled rubber piece and something else but I don't know what can somebody direct me in the right direction on exactly what you get so that I don't buy the wrong thing.

Ok and it is the center bar that goes tonthe seat that all the problem and in the way. I'll get those now

How is the carb even coming close to the seat tube, with the engine offset soo far to the left side?

So it's the tube there that the seat goes into. Not for nothing i have this stuff already i just need the angled piece

Because of the style carve I got it's one of those Mikuni scooter carburetors so it's big and bulky and I have a read about going on there as well so once I put the red valve on there there's no room at all
