"The 6 hole bracket will allow you to attach to your axle. You will have to drill holes in them for the size of your axle but that is what we sell to anyone that doesn’t have the bolt holes. And the Zenoah should fit. "
Bike has 5mm quick release rear axle skewer, so don't think I will need to drill.
I did order the 6 hole bracket and also the 4.20" long extension bars. I did not order the 19" Long Dual Engaging Supports Rods, so hopefully I can get it to work with out those.
Got the little 22.5cc from 1996 and from a redmax trimmer going. It's old school but it works! Went with .930 roller and 52/54mm clutch. It pulls me around and I'm 215lb. Also got the Honda engine over on the mtb now. Really need to get some street tires! Rode around for a bit and didn't seem to wear down the knobbiest at all.
Buy yourself a few sets of Maxxis Hookworms, or at least for the rear wheels. You'll be Amazed how much smooother, and more efficient, your ride will be. I know they sell them for 26", and 29er, not sure about 27".
No Hookworms for 27.5". But I did see these Schwalbe Super Moto-X MTB tire, wonder if they are any good. The knobbies do have a ton of rolling resistance, and the bearings are very loud on staton with them.
Swapped the carb out for a Walboro WYK-194. This was a direct swap and runs great! Trimmed down some plastic for increased air flow and smooth tapered the plastic throttle bore to 10.5mm to the stock 9mm. Have it running slightly richer and seems to run better now.
Edit: There is a guy on YouTube claiming he has tried 20+ carbs, and this one I have WILL NOT RUN. Don't believe him, it runs great. You can see my comments and link to my video with it running is in his comment section.
