Cranbrook Build

Started the new bike build. Went with the new style Cranbrook and will be doing a ton of mods. Already cut of the stock dropouts and welded on some horizontal dropouts in their place. Working on running the electrical and cables in frame. Shortened the seat tube 1" at the clamp. Plan to add some bracing in a few places. And of course an in frame tank is in the works.

Going to use the case reed again but I'm rebuilding it with some mods and upgrades.

Nachi bearings, clutch shaft, clutch actuator rod and seals.

Seals came from Bicycle Motor Works.
Clutch parts are from flying horse.
Bearings are from...

Muffler, brake light switch, tygon fuel line, OZ super mag and tank parts

Just reread the update and....
The reason the rear locked up is because the front brake unloaded the rear!

Do you think that having good travel in the forks help to prevent that a little?

Went back and re-read it. Hydraulic on the front. Now I get it. I bet a lock up at 57 leaves more then a skid mark on the ground.

Installed the PW80 cdi and well, no top end. Might be because the coil is from the super charged cdi. Have to mess with it some more.
