Crazy-- Spark, / No Spark

installed a new engine, started,then died. after making all the checks, it re started, then died.. next I flooded it trying to start it, changed plug, runs fine now

after looking at the plug closer, I found out the center electrode was loose, when I looked at it with the thread side up, gap looked good, But when I looked at the plug as installed gap was closed....

lucky the ground strap kept it from falling out. I opened the gap, tried to remove the electrode, no luck... In the trash it goes...

It was the plug that came with the kit. Yes, I would have been sad, This is the engine, I just put on the Jag.
First NEW bike, I ever had.
