This kit allows you to convert a 1 piece bottom bracket to the standard 3 piece.
With this kit you can use the spindle that comes with the Shift Kit (as shown for illustration only in the first picture) or other standard or long standard spindles. Our other lower cost BB conversion kit requires the use of only the specialized conversion spindle.

Alloy adapters and full set of bearings and races are supplied.

So is this a double freewheel? I'm looking to keep my cassette sprockets and have my engine driven sprockets freewheel, preferably on the same side.
