Custom Cafe Racer/Brat style Seat

Picked up a skateboard for free and i was thinking of making a brat style seat with it and cutting down the seat stem... probably mount the back with 2 bolts and a homemade mounting plate to the luggage rack and the front with some homemade angle brackets welded the seat pole/stem
but its only an idea t this stage so id love some help brain storming haha. lets make it happen

also i thing my riding light would tuck under the back edge nicely

So I had a bit of a mock up before and it’s really good, obviously will be better with foam & vinyl ect. But there was one slight issue you can ride really easily and comfortably but the pedals... to take off you have to ride the bike standing up which isnt a problem for me however if the bike was to break down it’s be a little uncomfortable to ride it in that position
