CUSTOM EXHAUST QUOTE FOR 212cc BUILD

hey so im not sure if I am posting this in the right place, but here it goes. I do not have access to pipe bending equipment or a welder so I would like to know if anyone out there could make me a custom exhaust for my latest build. its going to look kinda like this: http://motorbicycling.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=43001&d=1323617341 i know this will be difficult because this is an unusual build, but i was just wondering if anybody could do it for a reasonable price. does not have to be fancy at all, just good looking.
