Bad news everyone,
My names Pat. Some of you may know me from Wikipedia. I heard about you guys when I was searching for my company name CyclePat via google and noticed some you guys where talking about my Wikipedia stuff from last year. I'm Happy to be a new member at this forum. I'm also here to give you some of my senseless legal jargon and information concerning electric bicycles (power-assisted bikes as properlly coined here in Canada) and motor-assisted bikes (Moped as coined here in Ontario). I would like to be just kidding, but in reallity I probably do have some legal argument for both and any side you would like to debate concerning electric bicycles and motorized bikes in general.

Cheers

Patrick

Welcome to MBc.

Check out our MotoredBiking Laws & Legislation forum. Glad you are here:cool:

Perfect.....lots of questions, could use some answers. Need an interpreter for the *senseless useless jargon*:)

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome. You guys seem like a good bunch and I'm sure we'll get along great. I'll make sure to check the motorbiking laws and legislation forum. If not already, I'm sure we'll figure out some interesting ways on what is and is not considered legal within certain jurisdictions. (In particular I'd like to consider myself a specialist in the Canada and Ontario area) :0) Thank you again. ttyl.

interesting and creative, yes please! and proactive, very proactive...the country's in dire need of a good people's movement (pun intended) and i think we motoredbikers are just the ones to show 'em how to get it right. shoot, you got me all fired up, so when do we ride on D.C.? :devilish:

hope to see you stirring it up down in "laws & legislation"...

welcome to the MBc

Welcome to MBc. Were I live, motored bikes are a grey area. I like it that way. I'm always open to new ways to obfuscate the issue.
