D-Cycle engine with 4 valve head

4 valve head with a D cycle engine? world's most powerful 4 stroke 49cc? heh yes moving parts but if you look at the animation it is like a 2 stroke in some ways while keeping the oiling system of a 4 stroke. With an OHC setup what power would a 49cc version with EFI make? who knows.
