DAX - broken screw-thread in body engine

Today, in my "lucky day" I check head nuts and 1 from them start to turn without resistance. 3 of nuts didn't move to much and this lucky one had very little resistance and moves out. I don't know even what to think, I don't feel guilty at all. I strip off Engine Cylinder (1st time), remove it and everything is clear... screw-thread is removed and is on stud. Engine is 3 months old now, low mileage, serviced proper, have changed mounting studs on A2 Steel, worked fine with a little "metal sound" (from time to time). I really didn't use to much power and the tubular wrench is not the best.

What can I say... Please help!!!

What can I use to repair it?

Here is idea to use copper pipe (fi8 / fi5) with screw-thread in on M6 and out M8-9 and glue it.

Heat resistant to 1300ºC.

Better to glue it (THERMOSTEEL HIGH TEMPERTURE) or drill and replace (recoil-thread-repair-kit)?

same thing occurred on an early dax of mine...one stud was vibrating out from below, whenever i re-tightened it was only pulling it out more.

What did you do about it augidog? Seems one of mine is also stripped but not too bad. All are super tight except for one.

well, i had caught it during the warranty...dax totally hooked me up with a replacement.

Thats awesome. I am just going to take one off my old motor to put it in the one that is stripped
