well my bike is done, exept that the chain comes up on the gears and then comes off. do i need to lube the chain more to stop this from happening, or adjust the engine so that it doesnt try to come off?

Assuming that your sprockets line up, and your tensioner (if you use one) are properly oriented, that would be next probably. It is a good idea to inspect your chain link by link to make sure a couple aren't binding anyway. (make note to self :grin5:) If a couple are, you can sometimes free it up by wedging the leaves apart.

put it in the air -- the bike
    turn that THING over
look closely at how the teeth of the sprocket enter the chain

should be hitting close to dead center

center shot is always the best on that THING
