Disc brake sprocket set up

I have a Skyhawk gt2-a frame and i have a 44 tooth cnc sproket set up. I am trying to figure out how to make it able to use a disk brake set up. Can sopmeone give me some ideas or link to vids or something. Thanks guys

I did that on mine originally I don't use it anymore because I put the shift kit on but I drilled a larger diameter hole in it using a 2" hole saw for the hub.Get a piece of 2x4 and 2 1and 5/8" screws and screw it down tightly then find center place your pilot down and drill. It will fit perfectly over hub and tack weld the sprocket to the hub
 
U will have to space the bridge for the caliper then space the rear wheel accordingly
