Disk brake caliper adapters?

Has anyone had any luck with a disk brake caliper adapter for beach cruisers? I've been looking but haven't found anything other than the cheap one with the thin band the wraps around the rear fork. Links would be much appreciated. Thanks

I tried one of those, couldn't make it fit properly. I ended up welding some tabs to the lower stay and mounting the caliper there.
