Do I need a license for the UK (24cc)

Hi guys I'm new here so hello! I'm building my first bike and I live in guernsey in the channel islands and we have the same laws as the UK apart from we have no MOT, will I need a license for a 24cc motorized bike?

Welcome to the MBc, James. Thank you for checking in. I don't personally know much about the laws in the UK, but, we have a Forum devoted especially to Motored Biking Laws and Legislation. It deals, for the most part with laws in the US and Canada, however, there is a Thread on "UK Laws." From what I can tell, it has quite a bit of information in it. If you get stuck, check back, and we'll see what else we might find. Let me know how you that works out...Okay?
