Does anyone know if there is an ahooga horn for bicycles?

Looking to see if anyone has created an ahooga horn for bicycles. I think these would be fitting for older style bicycles. Let me know if you can post a link, not trying to convert a car horn just if they make one for bicycles, thanks.

I have looked for one myself for my bike but never found one in about 10 years of searching...lol.

I have no idea how loud this horn is but it is programmable so you can put about any sound on it. I personally use 2 horns. The button on my left handlebar is a loud horn that can be heard inside of a closed compartment vehicle. This loud horn has helped to alert vehicles of my presence; thus avoiding a collision. The button on the right handlebar is a low volume horn for alerting pedestrians of my presence.
