Well... I am almost 50 and I work with some young guys. Sometimes we have to use shovels for more than leaning on... I like pulling the "I'm old" card, except I am starting to have trouble in my elbow where I lean on my shovel...

I was referring that to Zak since I personally know him here in New Mexico, I met him here in Alamogordo this last December...lol.

I have zero idea how old you are...lol...You can be a "boomer" but still not that old as of yet...lol.

Baby boomers were born between 1946 and 1964.

That's the original definition of a boomer. 'Boomer' has become quite a slang over the years. I'll tell you im mid-30s and I feel like a damn boomer compared to the kids these days... But a youngin compared to some of you I grew up with ataris and commodore 64s, and 286 386 486 PCs (mind you I was young at the time).

There's another thread here I forget which one about phones and what not. Mine is gutted as well. Phoning and texing with a browser. None of this 'social media' nonsense.

My father is a true boomer. My grandfather was a nose gunner in WW2, married a british woman, and came back across the ocean. My father was born in 1947. Great man. My grandfather, not so great. I appreciate his service but he loved the whiskey a little too much and passed from kidney failure at 45 years old. I like whiskey too I sure hope that's not my fate.
