Drivetrain for a bike

I have got an old Suffolk Engine that I want to put on a bicycle but I don't know what I'll need to make it drive the back wheel.
There is nothing on the main shaft.

Does anyone know how to adapt this shaft for a standard centrifugal clutch?

Yes but it's a Woodruff keyway. You know, a semi circular one

You can buy keys on eBay if you don't have the orginal.

Ordered 3/4" Centrifugal Clutch and Key. Still not sure how I'm gonna secure the front of it. I'll keep you guys updated.
