dual brake lever for chinese atv??

Has anyone used one of these levers instead of the other sunlite dual cable lever? This one appears to have wires also?? are they for a brake light? and also maybe has a lock for a parking brake?? I'm just guessing, could not find much info on anybody's auction selling this. I've also tried to search this forum, if this was already discussed previously I have not found it.

I'm running something similar made for a pocketbike It works well enough with cantilever brakes.

The Duel handbrake I installed on my 7-speed beach cruiser works great but the 49cc engine does push the normal brake pads Beyond their required specifications. If you're going to use a duel hand brake. I would strongly suggest you already have the caliper brakes on your bike. I've had a hard time getting the grabbing power on the front brakes. With normal pads calipers type brakes you know the pulling cord ones LOL
