Dual Brakes

For those with dual front & rear brakes: did you use a dual lever or dual cable?

oh wow. never even considered a cable splitter! even have two kicking around now i think about it!

erm...i used the dual lever that i happened to have lying around, but i guess i would have bought a splitter before buying a lever... if it had even entered my mind, that is.

my only concern with the splitter would be balancing/proportioning the front and back? not that its a major concern, without any fiddling i seem to get the correct proportions anyways... they both lock up on gravel at the same time, can do endoes by leaning forward, blah blah yarda yarda...

i use a dual pull lever it is important to have matched brakes though,.. i have front & rear drums
