NO it can't be programmed to do 40mph like the guy is claiming
It can be programmed to do 25mph

Thanks for that, they are both elderly and this has been ongoing for a few years now with both of them unfortunately, but prayers are always welcome.

He obviously heard a rumor about the hidden display.
It's not really hidden, Rad just don't tell how to access it because of the class 2 E bike laws
I had to look up a DIY YouTube Vid to see how to access it.

The New 2022 Rad Rover 6 display can't be reprogrammed and will only go 20mph

Aww, I wish the guy and his wife well. The bike looks really nice, I would get it but at that price I might as well get one new. Plus shipping that across the country isn't cheap...
