Easy Donor Bike

What would be the simplest donor bike to use. Goin to Yardsales this weekend and bringing the motor to find the best bike. walmart cheapies wont work so I figured I would find something at a yardsale for cheap. Any advise what to look for?

look for older Schwinns, from the 70's

tough old bikes.
