Ebike help

Hi all and so sorry it took so long to get back but life happened.
The battery is good- has a BMS and set for at 56vH and 41vL cut off.
I really appreciate all the answers but I’m a real novice with electronics.
I’m going to watch the video that someone posted so I can try to see what to test 1st and how. I’m mising a page or 2 from the manual and of course those were the testing procedures.

Ok/ took it all apart, confusingly looked at it. Watched video to only deepen my confusion.
Then almost ordered a complete new set up, but decided to check 1more time and thought I already did. I have a keyed switch I added and connection was bad.
Going to reconnect, double check other connections and put her back together.
