VOILA!! EHO35 FIXED. Got the new carb on with the new
plastic insulator, assembled with Permashield and now she
is adjustable and purrs like a kitten. Just don't have a
tack to perfect the adjustment so worked by ear. It's
so nice to have a perfectly adjustable carb, and I liked
the Permashield. It smoothly applies to the gasket.

I am about done assembling MB. I now have:
1. an EHO 35 powered 24 inch bike
2. A 53cc ebay belt drive with an oilite bushing installed
3. A Honda GX50 FD, sweet great motor
4. A 26 inch chopper with a 49cc 4 stroke and q-matic trans
5. An electric 26 inch 48volt 780 watts
6. A lectric foldable fat tire 48volt, 500 watt with the pedal
throttle disabled

Is that enough? I think so.

Just used my meter leveling tool. Got an immediate increase in power.

I once had a neighbor ask about adjusting his department store mountian bike brakes that kept rubbing his rims. I told him is wasn't his brakes, his wheels were warped and needed truing. His response was it's a brand new bike I just bought it yesterday.

Put some E99 in it and your warp speed increases to 9.95!

What are you talking about? Explain. I saw a video using this tool.
Rather just buy a new carb.
In both of my carbs the metering lever was low and needed to be raised. You should check your spark plug color in 2 weeks. If everything is adjusted right it should be coffee brown. For $6 I got 2 different metering tools. My bike has a tachometer on it but I also have another tachometer for working on lawn equipment. You can generally get these tachometers for around $15
