Electric conversion ideas

Hello. Can you please help me? My "intelligent" brushless motor controller needs replaced on my 48volt etek prox. I can not find a replacement that has corresponding plugs/cords that is labeled intelligent. Is there a difference? Do you know where I can find a replacement. The cord from my motor was severed so I brought a brand new Hub motor and it's still not working so I'm guessing the controller was fried when I tried reattaching the severed cord it's like a brand new bike and I'm very desperate to find a controller that will make it run. As it is my only means of transportation

Some pictures of the controller, and in particular any tags/labels that show specs or manufacturers would help.

I really appreciate your reply I tried posting three pictures I do not know why they continue to come out blurry they're not blurry on my phone but I will read to you the label it says intelligent brushless motor controller voltage 48v Max current 25A brake level low minimum voltage 39 V then it has a serial number that says XFX002c-ld12-20-705n and then there's a barcode and then it says st20 122-500038 that may be more information then you needed I really appreciate your time hopefully you can see the plugs or cords in the fuzzy pictures I found an intelligent controller with the same specs but the plugs cords are different I thought well I could sever the cord but the old plugs on the new controller but I really don't want to do that I found a controller with identical plugs through Walmart but it's not an intelligent controller so I just don't know what to do I very very much appreciate your time I have searched all over the internet looking for an answer or for the right product to purchase thank you so much

Check with Johnny Nerd Out. You will probably have to send your old controller to him. So he can make a new wiring harness for the replacement controller.

Yes, short of changing the plug types or doing some wiring work, the only other option would be to contact etek themselves for a replacement. Your harness is definitely bespoke to that bike/controller, so that only gives you 2 options - A new OEM unit from etek, or wiring changes.

Etek looks to be U.S. based, so I can't imagine it would be difficult. If the bike is newer you may still have warranty as well.
