Engine Trouble Engine gears grinded each other.

Put a small coin like a dime between the small gear and big gear use a cheater pipe that nut will come off. See how he said the big gear wobbles-exactly the reason I won’t run these anymore among others. Poor machining. The screw that holds the small gear on can be deformed by a hand screwdriver. Just know there’s other options if you get tired of these things. That’s what I did.
 
Ok i removed a nut. I grinded socket wrench to fit in the hole.
Now gear puller only goes half to 3/4 a turn in. I'm going to force screw it in.
Removed sprocket with ease however.
 
Done. I attached photo of damage. Remember it's only 200km at 20km/h

Yep looks like one of the non-hardened gears that were floating around. Use the file test on the next one if you are not sure - a light rubbing across it will pull material from a non-hardened but do nothing to a properly hardened one.

Also that is a TON of grease. When hot it will tend to sling on the pads, so its recommended to use much less.
