We kinda need more info lol. But it sounds like you need to adjust the needle. Does it run better with the choke on? Does it bog when you give it throttle? If it runs better with the choke on, you need to adjust the needle richer, and if it makes it run worse, you need to make it leaner.

Actually the faster I go the more it vibrates. When I release the throttle to slow down it chops or surges. Also the throttle will fluctuate when I have the clutch engaged. Like it will rev really high for a second
