The spring should fit!
Heres a video on how to install it (if you are bored and got 10$ to spend)
You don't really need the bits in the beginning, or drilling the clutch, ive just used a table
This seems to be the largest sprocket I can find that will match up to the hub adapter... Changed to a maxtorque clutch helped a lot but now the engine bogs a tiny bit now going uphill so I think maybe this sprocket will do what I need... Any thoughts on mph drop ?.. 22mph using the current 48 tooth switching to a 60 tooth ?..
7075-T6 Aircraft heat treated aluminum milled in the U.S.A. this sprocket fits U.S.A. made sprocket adapters, and Chinese made sprocket adapters with 8mm or 10mm bolts. MBRebel Sprockets are also 6 Chainring Bolt compatible with the Disc Brake Adapter Sprocket to Hub SKU: 20229 sold separately...
Replaced the 48 with the 60 tooth sprocket... Also the clutch... Made a huge difference... I've built several hasbikes but this trike was a learning curve... I wish I could bypass the governor but 22mph is Texas law so I've gotta comply... I am gonna build another soon and bypass the governor on it and use it on dirt roads and tracks... Thanks for the help folks...
