Engine Trouble Engine putters, will not rev.

While I was waiting on my Mikuni carb, I threw on a never used leftover stock my carb. I dump clutch, and it starts, but will die in 20 feet. Also when throttle is cracked it dies. Nt carbs always work for me with no jetting but seems to be a rich condition. I'm getting fuel into motor. I have new hd lightning strike cdi that worked fine on another bike, no air leaks tried multiple brand new spark plugs Any ideas?

The carburetor is faulty or the fuel float tongs aren't right.
