Engine run too rich

Hi! My engine run too rich, brown liquid is coming out of my exhaust. The C clip is at the leanest position. My top speed is 23mph. I need help xD. Thx !

that is not uncommon if motor has not run in yet - as it runs in, it should go leaner

you might want to try lowering float level a bit and see how that goes
