Engine sprocket won't come loose!?!?

Hello again,
So I previously posted a thread about my sprocket with a wobble/slant creating a problem with chain rotation.
-I bought 2 different pullers that couldn't seem to remove the sprocket (I know there's a tool for this, but I tried the quick fix) so do u think the sprocket is messed up or just not the shaft right? Also should I spray some lube of sorts to help break it loose?

if you didn't stick a bolt in the hole of the shaft to protect it, your puller may have mushroomed the end of the shaft so that it is now a bit too wide for the sprocket to come off easily - if so, it will take a LOT of pulling to squeeze that shaft back down to size, but can be done
