What is normally the problem with the 2 stroke engines stalling ...just drives and cuts off..is this a carb problem?

depends on when/how it happens

cold engine will idle much slower than hot, so if idle is adjusted for hot it may stall when cold (this is more pronounced in newer engines than those with some miles on them)

coasting downhill with clutch locked out at an idle can stall it due to angle of float

Make sure the clutch aint draggin and set the idle screw so it idles when it's warm. Chinagirl idle 101. It's really not complicated! :D
