Break In Engine with about 3/4 hr. break in = 23mph?

Just taking small runs with my Powerking 80CC engine on my 26" wheeled mountain bike, and it seems to be topping out at 37 Km/h or 23 mph with the stock sprocket it shipped with. Is this about right? I'm thinking the engine needs to be broken in for quite a bit longer before it will make maximum power and therefore speed? I probably have about 5 miles on it tops.

if you want more speed turn the choke all the way off so gas can flow through the carberator more and you will go faster,

I have the same motor and that's about right for the time you have on it. Go fast, slow, fast, slow. Till you get some more miles on it. GL
