Engine Woes - Less than 300 Miles (smaal end bushing)

Update: I just received the parts from Thatsdax and I was highly impressed with the shipping time!! Great service! I am verifying that the Dax 70/80 piston DOES NOT fit in the PK 80 jug. The Dax 70 piston is a little bigger than the cylinder on the Power King 80 engine. The brass bushing for the upper control arm fits good on the wrist pin and looks to be a nice tight fit on the upper arm hole.

I am still waiting for the used dax 70 engine to arrive. I can't wait to compare it to the PK80. When I get the dax 70 (used), I am going to take the top half apart and inspect everything and replace the piston with the upgraded one. I will be curious how they compare, but it's gonna be different due to the new 36T sprocket I am about to install.

When the bushing is pressed into the rod's small-end...piston pin clearance will decrease. Please note that.
Debur the edges of the rod's small-end before installing the bush. Best of luck in a good repair. :)
