Exhaust Exhaust pipe is larger than exhaust port

My exhaust pipe is larger than my exhaust port. It eventually blows the gasket at the bottom. What can I do ?

I would make sure the surface of your exhaust mounting surfaces were nice and flat first then replace the gasket and see what happens.

Exactly what exhaust are you using that it's much larger than the port?

yeah, without a pic, that is hard to figure - wondering if muffler is tight against frame so not sealed at gasket
