Exhaust pouring out gas

Hi I have a 80cc engine on my bicycle and I have a lot of gas pouring out of exhaust I was riding it yesterday and was having problems with it sputtering and stalling and it was riding ruff so when I got home I checked to see if I had a clog in the fuel line and it looked good and then I realized it was out of gas so I got some gas and put it in and went to start it but before I did I noticed there was gas leaking from the piece on top of the carb where the throttle goes in it was leaking from the side of it so I tightened the 2 screws and it seemed to fix it so I got on the bike and started pedaling and it would not start so I tried a couple times and when I got back home I noticed there was a small puddle on the ground underneath the exhaust so I thought the carb was leaking again and so I walked the bike a few feet and noticed it was leaking a lot and I felt under the exhaust pipe and realized it was coming out of the pipe what could be causing that to happen any ideas would be greatly appreciated I don’t want to mess up my engine by trying to start it if I need to clean out all the gas first or whatever I don’t know if I’m in the right place to get the answers I need this is my first time posting on here please let me know thank you

Take the carby off and check it out for a stuck float, a very common cause of what your seeing...If it hasn't been ridden in a while and your using gas with ethanol in it, you will probably need to take it apart and clean it out too.

Clean the float needle valve & opening with spray carb cleaner there's probably a piece of dirt holding it open

The finest speck of dirt can hold the float needle valve open

Check the jet, they vibrate loose and fall in the bowl.
