Experienced builder requesting advice constructing first 4 stroke trike

Happy Tuesday fellow enthusiasts and riders!
I come to you guys feeling overwhelmed today in desperate need of advice on my project.
My current workspace consists of a 50cc, 4 stroke kit and a fully assembled Schwinn tricycle. My current issue is deciding on sprocket mounting location and motor mounting location. If you guys could help Id like to keep fabrication to a minimum and seek to rear mount the motor between the back tires. Ill include pictures for reference, let me know what you guys think and what im in for!

I think a lot of guys will say don't build it because motorized tricycles are rollover death traps.

How so, I figured at a top speed less than 20mph it would be a reasonable build.

oh, this is an understandable concern but having owned 3 wheelers I have full confidence a tricycle build will not barrel roll if the rider remains aware of this issue.
