False advertising

A guy on Ebay is trying to sell an NE5 engine as a vintage "J" model engine on a 1949 Hawthorne.
Ebay item# 280299422226
Upon rereading the the description it looks like he was taken by the collector he purchased the bike from and he may not even be aware of the deception.

Hi,
The motor on the bike looks like one of my earlier modified motors with the original 26 MM carburetor. The cylinder is black [99% of all my special motors were painted with hi temp cylinder paint], and it looks like one of the manifold/cooler plates that I used on the early NE motors. If it is one of the very early versions it would also have the rare head with a nice combustion chamber design. Chances are if the seller corrected and added these details it might be interesting to have the new owner find a lot of power he/she didn't expect.
