Fastest/most reliable bike motor?

Any ideas on a 150cc 6.25hp virticle drive motor. I have it "working" but not well. Thanx

You have to learn to crawl before you can walk and walk before you run.
A 6.5 hp vertical shaft motor in a bicycle is a leap to flying.
It s a poor candidate for a first time project.

Spend the money on a good kit.

All the parts are there but some minor modifications will be needed.
You will learn what works and what doesn't.
At about 30mph you will learn about tires and brakes and good helmets.
As you perfect your bike you will learn what you can do and what isn't practical.

I have watched guys swap motors for 40 years.
Most of those projects never ran again. I had a couple myself.
Don't waste your time and money on grandiose projects beyond your abilities and pocketbook.
Start with what you can accomplish, quickly and affordably.
