Lots of work into this build for shiny side up 2017 and is a late post but I finally got some time to put it up here. As for the build :
I custom made the fat tire bike frame from customizing a mongoose fat tire bike. I customized a girvin linkage fork by widening it out to fit 4" rim and had to make new fork legs to work with the height of the tires. I made and mounted the fender headlight cowl, and made an extension seat post to get a little leg room. I used a moped gas tank, 26" fat tire mag rims with 4" surly tires, double springer brooks saddle , and mounted a beastly predator 212cc engine with 24mm mikuni carb, custom intake header, custom exhaust, and running a comet torque converter for transmission.

are you in socal? is this thing street legal ;). this is exactly what i want to make to replace my Ninja 250, which I rarely use on the highways. something that can hit mid 40s comfortably and be safe though I would not make my riding position as aggressive as yours. problem is i have to make it street legal here in wisconsin which would entail somehow registering it as a motorcycle or if i can get away with it being a moped and then getting it insured, vin numbers... nice job though i like the balance of it and the wheels.

I'm located in nor cal. Thanks, I appreciate it. As for the legality, it's not so much. However, I don't ever get pulled over and asked about it. I wear a helmet and ride cautiously. In cali, its legal if it has pedals and is 50cc and under and to tell you the truth.cops really couldn't tell if it's above a 50cc or not. There are scooter engines that look as big as a predator 212cc engine. Check out my store - http://imperialcyclessj.bigcartel.com/

I sell a rolling chassis kit that you basically add a motor too and you got yourself a decent looking bike right off the bat. If you got anymore questions let me know.

I respond to text too
