fatty gold series expansion chamber too big?

I ride a nirve B1 , skyhawk match ported &polished & also have second bike 11 in.streched beach cruiser same engine , but also port timed with hi comp. head. On the second bike I have fatty gold series expansion chamber off a 125 kaw. is this too large to function properly on skyhawk? Also interested in any input on experiences with nuvinci cvt on motorized bike installs.
