Carby female thread on speed carb fuel screw assembly

i have a GT5 66cc skyhawk kit and i over tightened my fuel screw and stripped the thread on the inside of the carb it leaks horribly now and i cant tighten the screw


does anyone think with the right parts and fuel line i could bypass the bottom line valve and fuel screw and just plug the line directly into the carb? i assumed it might flood my engine but my float should stop that so im not sure

any ideas on how i should fix this

Your headache can be fixed in an instant with a replacement carburettor, as it's only going to cost around $20 for the complete item.
