Really???...Its totally inaccurate...My CG is never going to go at 118 MPH
And another one...how the hell would i know if there is a governor even on there...I specialise on keeping things stock, as they come out of the box as most folks will ever use them...If there is a governor on this Zeda 80, i would not know...i wouldnt even know where to find it and disable it...DO YOU KNOW WHERE IT IS and how to disable it???...But if there is, im glad it is...118 MPH on friggin bicycle...you have got to be kidding me...That chart is totally bogus...Prove to me otherwise...DAMIEN
Hey, yes it still does and I've heard she's pretty safe with the governor out I guess I'll find out.
I'll be doing a governor bypass instead of a removal just to see what the difference will be and possibly later a removal.
There is certainly plenty of Youtubes on this motor and I have 2 other 212 just sitting patiently in the garage to be thrown on some other projects. Yeah I kinda thought this pandemic was gonna take awhile.
If you bypass the governor and attain any kind of rpm you might not get a chance to remove it, it will remove itself along with a few other bits.
Just remember, it's a plastic gear designed for 3600 rpm.
With all the time on your hands, might as well do it right, do it once.
Yes, all your assumptions are correct. RPM is a mystery I did a quick search for "China Girl 2 strokes Zeda 80 rpm" and really didn't get anything definitive. I guess that's another plus for getting this bulletproof cheapo, ~$100, thumper. Guesses point to 5500 max RPM. If so, your looking at::
