So I found this green sitting all lonely on a porch in a trailer park while visiting an old friend.
A few minutes of BS conversation , handshake with a grizzled old man and $10 I took it home.
After adding a title fuel and two good tugs the thing fired right up!

So anyone made a bike from a Honda GC160-QHA yet? Any suggestions on clutch and muffler set up?

I figured a needed a good winter project and thought this might be it. Maybe I'll make my first trike.

If it will fit it will work. Make sure you have a compatible way of transferring the power to the rear wheels. If it were me I'd buy a badass minibike frame and put it on that. Many sites and choices from that perspective to make it your own. Probably easy to sell to some dad wanting a mini for his kid.

Mini bike for personal use or retail isn't a bad idea.
Engine was cheap enough I could make a profit.
