I know it's in there somewhere. First tape off all the openings including the air bleed jet on the top. I used a Dremel but a file will work. Remove the top of the boss until the brass needle shows like this. That little dish is full of clear epoxy to keep the screw in place. It needs to be removed. I used a cut off disc to make the screw driver slot but maybe a hacksaw blade would work also. Trim the sides of your screw driver down so it is not wider than the brass screw. You do not want it to grab any of the aluminum off the side of the threads. Seeing as there is no spring, the screw will not stay in position after it's set. I plan to put a drop of LocTite in the slot which should hold it and still allow me to readjust it later.

Maybe that stock carb isn't gonna be too bad to stick with if you get it bored out. How much does that cost?

When AFG gets them back on the shelf the new price will be $55 .................$20 more than they were before. Cruzr47 had one and said it ran really well but for that price the PZ19 or PZ20 is a better carb, even if you do have to buy or make a manifold. I am going to do that next Gordy. By the time you get moved and start on your OCC I will share with you what I would do differently next time. If you use a 26" wheel you won't have the limited gear ratios that I'm dealing with, but....................will the fender still fit and look OK? I don't think the stock rim brake posts will be in the correct location for a 26" wheel. We'lll see. I have a much better, and less expensive, jack shaft design for you also. I'm looking forward to helping you as pay back for helping me.

Oh, ok. Thanks! I do plan to use a Phantom 85 instead of the 79cc predator on this one, but I am very tempted to find another OCC to build with my 79cc predator. Did you get your flywheel yet?

A 26" won't fit unless the dropouts are extended. I think the ultimate solution is a M/C rear wheel or better yet a scooter rear wheel.
