If you make a fiberglass one it may get eaten out by the gas. The factory tanks that we think are fiberglass are different composates like urathane etc. I have thought of making a mold of my Simplex tank but need to check into ti more.

Use a sealer like Redcoat and it will never leak ever!

Redcoat will NOT stick to fiberglass AND the MEK in the resin of the glass will eat the Redcoat. It is for metal.

Is that a Murray Monterey? I broke one of those @ 25mph, that was fun! Be careful, i don't like the headtube welds/brazing, fyi.
Kick-*** bike tho, love the look, still collecting parts 4 my boardtracker.

That bike looks sooo much like a derringer. Thing is I saw it long before I knew anything about a derringer.
