Is a full suspension bike a good choice for a first HT build?

Many new members are being encouraged by our more senior members to perform a full suspension First build. Most full suspension bikes don't have enough room in the triangle, for a HT (Happtytime engine). Rack mounts work fine... friction, staton & GEBE for full suspension.

If you want to go full suspension with an HT, A Sick Bike parts style shift kit is the way to go.

Please take time to participate in the poll and let the newer guy's know what you think along with your comments on a first build.

Messing with fabricating a spring loaded chain tensioner is very advanced, even for experienced builders.
