Engine Trouble First MB, Engine Issues Help!

Just got the bike and the engine hasn't even got a mile on it, but whenever i start it up, it runs ok but when throttling it goes no where, ive wired the throttle right so what could it be?.. And as soon as i put in the clutch it moves, rather then the other way round.

Can someone Help?

not sure what you're saying here

you know that it can't take off from a stop (even when the engine is running) by itself because the clutch isn't that powerful don't you?

one must needs pedal 2 or 3 times with each leg to get it rolling before letting out the clutch VERY gently

The clutch is slipping but im not sure how simple it would be to fix, it may be to do with the clutch cable being too slack or too tight not sure ill have to play about with it... or it could be the clucth itself?
Im new to these engines so im not too sure, Thanks.
