Clutch First post, regarding clutch operation

Hmmm... :? I dont know, dude. I dont know of any heavy-duty clutches, and even if you found a clutch that will never wear out, you might keep in mind that wont increase horsepower. Theres a lot more guys here better qualified to answer that than I. if i may...when you get the bike running, duckie, just ride it. You'll love it. 8)
 
Awesome, thanks for the info. And no, it's not because I want more power, it's just so I'd be able to take off from a dead stop with the clutch instead of pedalling, but no biggie, just curious.
 
Peddaling is good for ya'...even for a gimp like myself.

You can use the clutch to take off, just have dax ship one out every 30 days. ;)

I have a 48 tooth sprocket and can generally take off with no pedaling,
I even made it 24 miles up a mountain :eek: , didnt pedal once except to start engine 8) 8) 8)
